This is the easiest and fastest way to get help. There should be a Green IT icon called “IT Support”
Click the icon and you can submit a ticket directly from your computer. As soon as a technician is available they will reach out to assist you with your support request

This will automatically pop-up in our system and we’ll work on to it as soon as possible. You’ll get an automated reply confirming we’ve got it!
By Giving Us a Call
You can call us 24 x 7 x 365 at 855-358-7100 whenever you need help. If you need help URGENTLY, make sure you call us rather than use any of the other methods.

Remote Support Agents
While supporting our users we have learned to account for all variables. We use screen sharing to help us troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely. If our tools are not installed on a machine you can use the link below to allow us to connect. The technician supporting you will provide a unique one-time use code. This ensures we can still provide world-class support regardless of the circumstances.
