"Very fast to respond," Safeguards to protect us!

We have been a customer of New Avalon since 2006.

We have both had some growing pains over the past few years, but New Avalon has been very fast to respond to our down systems and Issues That arise and get us back up and running.  New Avalon has also worked with us to place new safeguards to protect us against outside threats. They have also implemented a system that allows us to work remotely, so much so that it is the same as if we were at the office. Recently we implement 3 new workstations; New Avalon stopped by and Picked up the laptops and reconfigured and moved over each of the individual’s preferences with little disruption.

There have been so many benefits; it is hard to designate one as the ‘greatest’ without the one overarching benefit that – I believe – makes all the rest possible, and that is: Partnership.  I feel like the New Avalon Technology team partners with our company to achieve the technology goals we discuss. Through this partnership, we can delegate while at the same time also taking ownership of those goals mutually.

In a word: communication.  The open communication pathways to work with the NAT team through varying methods for varying issues but always accessible have put New Avalon Technology above any other IT company we have worked with in the past by a huge margin.

If someone were on the fence, I would say they should ask themselves what they want in an IT firm – and if it is a partner that can help discover and supply as well as support their IT objectives, cares about and is invested in the outcome, and puts great people on their side in a world where cybersecurity is getting more intense and confusing, then their choice should be clear.

I mean every word too – there have been some occasional points of friction and bumps here and there, and I know we have a complex matrix of issues to tangle ourselves up in, but I would still hire y’all again today.

I would say that the single biggest benefit to our company since moving to New Avalon Technology was the increase in depth and breadth of IT Support Services. We joined New Avalon Technology through a merger with our then service provider.  The relationship with New Avalon Technology provided a broader technology base with expertise in network architecture, 7×24 support and knowledgeable technicians in a wide array of technologies.
