Support Options

New Avalon Technology is committed to providing world-class customer service. You can always call our help desk at (855) 358-7100 for immediate assistance within our normal business hours.

Two Support Options

Option 1

If your support request can wait, you can easily submit a ticket on your computer.  There should be a Green IT icon called “IT Support”.

Click the icon and you can submit a ticket directly from your computer.  As soon as a technician is available they will reach out to assist you with your support request

Option 2

To submit a support request through the Client Portal click the icon below. (Note: you will need the username and password that was provided to you)
