Support Options

New Avalon Technology is committed to providing world-class customer service. You can always call our help desk at (855) 358-7100 for immediate assistance within our normal business hours.

Option 1: From Your Desktop

This is the easiest and fastest way to get help. There should be a Green IT icon called “IT Support” (see icon below)

Click the icon and you can submit a ticket directly from your computer.  As soon as a technician is available they will reach out to assist you with your support request

Option 2: From Your Client Portal

To submit a support request through the Client Portal click the icon below. (Note: you will need the username and password that was provided to you)

Option 3: By Sending Us an EMAIL

If you’d prefer email, simply shoot us an email to helpdesk@newavalontech.com

This will automatically pop-up in our system and we’ll work on to it as soon as possible. You’ll get an automated reply confirming we’ve got it!

Option 4: By Giving Us a Call

You can call us 24 x 7 x 365 at 855-358-7100 whenever you need help. If you need help URGENTLY, make sure you call us rather than use any of the other methods.

Option 5, Coming Soon: Chat with Us

Chat with one of our technicians about your issue and have your chat session be automatically converted into a ticket to keep record of the interaction.
